Founder & Director
Suyash Verma is the Founder & CEO of GoldTree Consulting where he collaborates with owners, CEOs, and key decision-makers in client companies to provide strategic guidance and advisory services for successful implementation of real estate projects. His emphasis on sustainability, planning, profitability, and quality sets GoldTree Consulting apart.
Passionate about environmental stewardship, Suyash leads Green Building initiatives. He champions sustainable practices in commercial, retail, and industrial buildings in Mumbai and even extends his influence to a high-end boutique store in Paris.
As Executive Director on the boards of Everstone Capital Advisors’ retail-focused real estate funds, Suyash executed and monitored the development of approximately 20 million sq. ft. of real estate. His leadership involved establishing a transactional Project Development team of project managers, engineers, and architects at the corporate level, as well as pertinent capabilities for end-to-end planning, design and execution of greenfield projects across India.
Suyash’s career began in the luxury hospitality industry. His journey reflects a commitment to leveraging technology for innovation. His leadership at ITC Sheraton Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Plantation Club Resort & Casino (Seychelles) continues to inspire the industry. Whether it’s adopting green practices or enhancing competitive advantage, Suyash’s vision has consistently pushed boundaries. In 1994, he received the prestigious H&FS award for Best Chief Engineer of the Year.
